A broadcasting service of the Casa de Cultura Mario Quintana, affiliated with the State Department of Culture of Rio Grande do Sul.

The station is especially dedicated to the inclusion of people with disabilities through cultural accessibility, as well as to issues of racial equality and gender diversity, promoted through the arts and culture.

It broadcasts in Portuguese, Spanish, English, French, Italian, and German.
